Nim Zero is a playable Classic Nim, Misère Nim, and Take-away 21 game with explainable AI. On each turn, remove one or more pieces from exactly one heap. In Classic Nim the player taking the final piece wins; in Misère the final taker loses.

What is nim-sum?

Nim-sum is the bitwise XOR of the heap counts. For heaps 3–5–7, the binary rows are 011, 101, and 111, so the nim-sum is 001. Reducing 7 to 6 changes the last row to 110 and makes the XOR 000. That balanced position is the standard Classic Nim target.
